Durasole Sole Hardener Hoof Treatment for horses (Alvin Farrier Supply) is an antibacterial, antifungal, fixing agent formulated to thicken and toughen the exfoliating sole and frog. It is highly concentrated and intended for dropwise use. Durasole is extremely effective in the relief of sore soles and widely used on horses that work or perform in hostile environments from shod to barefoot. Durasole is effective in the control of thrush and white line disease when aerobic conditions are established and maintained at the infection site.

For use on horses

Apply a thin line from heel to heel. Use and old tooth brush or small brush to smear product over sole and frog, if needed. Repeat daily for 1 to 2 weeks until the sole is hard enough. Repeat once or twice a week for maintenance. Do not apply more product at one time than the frog and sole will absorb. For topical use on equine only.
