Back to Charities We Support
This is the group watching out for Fidos and Fluffys all across the country. The ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. The organization offers national programs in education, public awareness, government advocacy, and shelter support, as well as medical services and animal placement. About three quarters of the ASPCA's funds come in through contributions, grants, memberships, and other donations from its one million members. The organization was the first humane group in the Western hemisphere, established in 1866.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) meets the Standards for Charity Accountability as set forth by www.Give.org.
