U Groom Ergonomic Nail Trimmers offer grooming shop quality results at home. Ultra sharp blades cut quickly and efficiently and the ergonomic rubber handles provide a secure and comfortable non-slip grip. Includes a built in safety guard that protects against over cutting.

Large size is recommended for medium and large dogs and the small size is recommended for small dogs and cats.

Instructions

Hold paw securely, but not tightly. Trim nails, taking extreme care not to cut them too short and cut the quick. Trim small amounts of the nail at a time. Once tips have been trimmed, examine the end of each nail for jagged edges.

For larger nails, slightly clip the sharp corners of each nail.

Special Notes

Use caution to avoid cutting the quick. If quick is cut and bleeding occurs, use styptic to stop it immediately.
