Instructions

Hold paw securely, but not tightly. Trim nails, taking extreme care not to cut them too short and cut the quick. Trim small amounts of the nail at a time. Once tips have been trimmed, examine the end of each nail for jagged edges.

For larger nails, slightly clip the sharp corners of each nail.

Use caution to avoid cutting the quick. If quick is cut and bleeding occurs, use styptic to stop it immediately.
