Order Processing Time:
Orders received by 3 PM Eastern Time are processed the
same day. Orders received after 3 PM Eastern Time, Saturday, Sunday or on United States federal holidays
are processed the next business day.

and you’ll receive your order with 1-5 business days depending on your shipping address. This option is only
available for addresses in the continental United States and non P.O. Box addresses recommended.
3 Day:
Place your order online or via phone by 3 PM Eastern Time
and you’ll receive your order in 3 business days. This option is only available for non P.O. Box addresses
in the continental United States.
2 Day:
Place your order online or via phone by 3 PM Eastern Time
and you’ll receive your order in 2 business days. This option is only available for non P.O. Box addresses
in the continental United States.
Overnight:
Place your order online or via phone by 3 PM Eastern Time
and you’ll receive your order the next business day by 3 PM. This option is only available for non P.O.

| International Shipping Information |
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes:
- Your order may be subject to VAT (taxes), import duties and/or other taxes which are levied
once your package reaches your country.
- Pet Nutrition Products ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect
the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur
these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
- For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Pet Nutrition Products cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs
restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. You, the customer
are solely responsible. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to
check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your
country. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund
unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us
by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipment confirmation. It will include the following information:

| Tracking Your Shipment |

After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your shipment. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers. You can also keep track of your order and shipping information online.

- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Click on "Order Status" to view the status of all orders placed in the last 90 days.
UPS Package Tracking
Using your UPS tracking number, you can check the
status of your package by visiting the UPS web site or by calling UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS
(742-5877).
USPS Package Delivery Confirmation Using your USPS shipment tracking number, you can confirm package delivery by visiting the USPS web site. Please note that USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation.
Please note that some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions,
whether your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. UPS or USPS policies for your
area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local UPS or Post Office
directly for the delivery policy for your area.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us so our return policy is simple.
If you would like to return a shipment, please contact us first at 866-4PET-HEALTH (866-473-8432) so we may assist you.
To expedite your return, please ship item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to the following address:

Your form of payment will be credited in 3-5 business days of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Pet Nutrition Products, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to Pet Nutrition Products, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Pet Nutrition Products.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS or FedEx (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for lost shipments.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our distribution center by calling 866-4PET-HEALTH (866-473-8432). Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

| PNP Uses Recycled Shipping Materials |

Recycling Our Packaging Materials Pet Nutrition Products
recognizes the importance of shipping your items so that they arrive in perfect condition, and we use a variety of
packaging materials to protect the products you've ordered. But we also care about the environment, as do many of
our customers. That's why we make sure our packaging materials are recyclable, and, where possible, made from
recycled materials themselves.
The Box Virtually every Pet
Nutrition Products order is shipped in a corrugated container composed of post consumer recycled material. Corrugated
is the leading natural recyclable packaging and shipping material. Once used, these containers are 100 percent
recyclable for use in the manufacture of other paper products. Corrugated shipping containers are one of the most
commonly accepted materials by either curbside recycling programs or at recycling centers nationwide. To learn more,
call the Corrugated Packaging Council toll free for more information about recycling corrugated cardboard in your
area at (800) 879-9777.
The Peanuts Most shipments
contain Flo-Pak polystyrene loose fill packing material, commonly known as peanuts. They're made from 100
percent recycled material (waste polystyrene), are nontoxic, and contain no substances--such as CFCs--that
are harmful to the earth's ozone layer. Better yet, they're 100 percent recyclable. Check with your curbside
recycling program to determine whether it accepts plastic peanuts. If it doesn't, peanuts can be recycled at
thousands of locations nationwide, including many local pack-and-ship stores and gift shops. To find the
recycling center nearest you that accepts packing peanuts, call the Peanut Hotline toll free at (800) 828-2214.
