What is the shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground for the low flat rate of $0.00 regardless of the number of items in your order!* Orders are shipped via UPS Ground in order to provide quick guaranteed day delivery and full tracking to our customers.

Due to the costs involved in picking, packing, processing and shipping orders, a minimum order value of $40 is required. We apologize for the inconvenience and continually strive to provide our customers with the lowest overall prices.

How long before my order ships?

Orders are processed and shipped within an average of 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not ship nor do the carriers pick up on non-business days which include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your package tracking number the business day after your order is shipped.

Will I receive a shipment email?

We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number and a link to track your package. Shipment confirmation emails are sent the business day after your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The average delivery time for orders is 1 to 5 business days once they are shipped, see UPS map below. You will receive a shipment confirmation email the business day after your order is shipped. How do I track my order?

Visit the tracking link we sent to you when your order was shipped. You can also click on Track Order at the top of our web site and login to find your tracking number.
