Same day shipping is provided on most non prescription orders received by 4 PM EST Monday - Friday. Prescription medications take 24 to 72 hours, not including weekends or holidays, to process depending on how quickly we can obtain vet approval. Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages. According to Federal and State laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping rates are based on the total order weight and the delivery zip code and are ALWAYS displayed prior to paying for your order. Total order weight includes the item(s) purchased and the box and packaging materials, etc. Shipping rates can be viewed at anytime by clicking the "Shipping Calculator" button in the shopping cart. They will also be displayed on the shipping options page prior to completing checkout. This website is connected to both UPS and the USPS to obtain real shipping rates directly from them. We do not use shipping as a profit center. FREE SHIPPING options are displayed on every product page and during the check out process. - UPS Ground: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipping
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 business day after shipping
- USPS Priority and Expedited Standard: 1 to 5 business days after shipping
- USPS International Priority: 6 to 10 business days after shipping (Not including customs delays)

UPS Next Day Air Saver Shipping for U.S. Deliveries

USPS Priority and Expedited Standard Shipping for U.S. Deliveries
- Non guaranteed delivery within 1 to 5 business days after shipping
- Delivery on Saturday and to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
- Not available for Aerosol (ORM-D) products
- Includes Delivery Confirmation which is not full tracking
Rates will be provided by the USPS in shopping cart and during checkout prior to paying.
USPS International Priority for non U.S. Deliveries
- International delivery within 6 to 10 business days
- Non guaranteed service. Delivery can take longer than time quoted by the USPS.
- Telephone number must be provided for all non U.S. orders
- Not available for Aerosol (ORM-D) products
- We are not responsible for customs delays nor any duties or taxes imposed

Alaska, Hawaii, PR & P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses:
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations including Aerosol (ORM-D) products. Shipping method choices may be limited so we suggest using a physical delivery address whenever possible.
Shipping to a P.O. box
Some items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes including Aerosol (ORM-D) products. Some items too large to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. Always include a physical address to avoid delivery delays. Shipments to P.O. boxes may take longer than the quoted physical address delivery times listed above. All PO boxes orders must ship USPS Priority Mail.
All prescription medications are shipped directly from our Pharmacy in Nebraska are shipped separately from other non prescription products. If your order includes both prescription medications and non prescription products, you will be charged one shipping charge but will receive 2 separate shipments and shipment confirmations. We ship prescription medications (with the exception of heavy items such as Lactated Ringers, etc.) via US Postal Service Priority Mail so they will be received quickly, generally 1 to 2 days after they are shipped. As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with your package tracking number. You can also obtain order information and more by logging into the My Account page of our web site.

Using your UPS tracking number, you can check the status of your package by visiting UPS.com or by calling UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).
USPS Package Tracking
Using your USPS delivery confirmation number, you can confirm package delivery by visiting USPS.com. Please note that in most cases the USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just the delivery.
Note: Some circumstances may affect delivery of your order, such as weather conditions, if your shipping address is a house or an apartment and whether deliveries can be left outdoors. UPS or USPS policies for your area may dictate that your package be held at a local office until you pick it up in person. Call your local UPS or Post Office directly for the delivery policy for your area. Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.
We have one of the highest in stock rates in the industry and make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will either immediately ship what we have in stock and issue a refund for the out of stock item(s) or we will hold your order until the product becomes available depending on how quickly it is expected back in stock. We will notify you via email with the status of any and all back orders or refunds and your invoice will also reflect the number of items shipped.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by calling 866-473-8432. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped and picked up by the shipping carrier so please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you would like to return a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of receipt via email or telephone so we may assist you.
Returns will be honored only if reported within 30 days after receipt. Returns must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow our employees to handle soiled items. Any items returned that do not meet the above specifications will be discarded at no credit.
According to Federal and State laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable and non-refundable and there are no exceptions.
Missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of order receipt.

Upon approval, your original form of payment will be credited within 2 business days of merchandise receipt and you will receive an email credit confirmation.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Pet Nutrition Products, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to Pet Nutrition Products, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package. You must contact us prior to returning the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Pet Nutrition Products.
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS or FedEx (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Pet Nutrition Products is not responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
